Co-op Honey started out as honey from our Adopt-A-Hive program in Texas and has now grown to include partnerships with minimalist beekeepers all over the world.
This honey takes on the taste of the foliage in the surrounding area of the hive that it was made in. Co-op Honey comes in many flavors and colors and each one will be labeled with a sticker to indicate the type of tree, brush or flower the bees foraged on.
This very special honey was collected in Maine from Blueberry farms and has a light and fruity taste.
