Often called Christmas Berry in Hawaii, Wilelaiki honey is a true delicacy, it has undertones of spice with a nutty-ness that will make you want more. It has a light flavor with a fruity profile that contains a Hawaiian berry similar to a cranberry and several tropical layers with a finishing taste of pineapple. 

This honey was made by bees who foraged from a lush areas of Hawaii, and pairs extremely well with both hard and soft cheeses. 

Please keep in mind that this honey crystalizes very quickly. to bring back to a fluid state please place jar in warm water.
